Huge lover and appreciator of people doing epic things with all the resources we already have so readily available

Average yogi, even more average knitter but I am deeply passionate about sustainability, community, service, connection, small local businesses, and shifting consumer behaviour. The issue of overconsumption—whether it’s food, resources, energy, materials, or even media—has become impossible to ignore. We are overstimulated, overindulgent, and constantly chasing what we don’t have. The cycle of endless consumption rarely leads to real satisfaction, only more demand for the next new, shiny thing.

MÖBIUS MRKT attempts to be a step in the right direction

While we can’t eliminate consumption entirely, we can change the way we engage with it—rethinking where we buy from, where products come from, and what happens to them after we’re done. There is already so much in existence; we don’t always need something brand new. The thrill of discovery still exists when we choose to reuse, repair, and repurpose.

There is an inherent need to tread more lightly on the earth—to take less, repair more, demand less, and give more. To reimagine, redesign, and recreate with what we already have.

Rather than fuelling the endless cycle of newness, I believe in reimagining how we use and repurpose what already exists. Innovation and resourcefulness inspire me, and I want to highlight and collaborate with the brilliant minds working on solutions.

Community is just as vital as sustainability. The startup journey can be isolating, especially for those with sustainable values, but it doesn’t have to be. I aim to create spaces—both physical and digital—where changemakers, small businesses, and innovators can connect, support one another, and make a real impact. Together, we can drive meaningful change.
